If you placed your order using your account:
- Check that your email address is correct when connecting to My account.
- Check that your confirmation email hasn’t gone to your spam or junk mail folders.
- You can also check that your order has been placed correctly in Account/My Orders.
If you placed your order as a guest:
- Check that your confirmation email hasn’t gone to your spam or junk mail folders.
